In the middle of July, every year, we head out for a camping trip to the Big Sur River at the Santa Lucia Campground. It’s a fabulous intergenerational weekend filled with food, s’mores, campfire fun, floating down the river, prayer, silence, retreat, and sweet community. We arrive on Friday and conclude on Sunday morning with a worship service up at the outdoor chapel on the campground. You won’t want to miss it.
